On a ici affaire à un Chef passionné, amoureux de sa cuisine et des ses produits, capable de cultiver l'authentique comme la création. Tout ici est frais et fait maison, cela devient assez rare que pour être souligné. Ajoutez à cela une politique de vins à des prix très raisonnables et le bonheur est complet !
